Love Love!!!! I give it a 10 ...I stayed there last nite 10/22 -10/23...Just the bed alone was worth the price but the Customer Service and Parker who helped me locate my ear piece for my phone after I was back home were AWESOME!!! Will definitely visit again

St. Petersburg is stunning! The hotel is gorgeous! The pool over looks the marina and the inside has fantastic artistic pieces. The cocktails and food are great. The staff is the cherry on top. Everyone says hello and is so helpful. Recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation
I celebrated my Birthday In Vinoy restaurant on Dec.10. It was terrible! It was over crowd , no parking. Non of my guests liked the food. It was no live music as they promised at 9:00 pm. They started some heavy metal at 10. We were very disapointed.
Beautifully clean rooms...went there for a Christmas party and the food was incredible! Improved from last year! A little bummed about having to pay for parking and wifi. Felt a little nickle and dimed in a nice fancy hotel. Made up by giving out free snacks and champagne in the lobby! Very fun and festive! Love the pool area!
The bartenders were not acknowledging customers as they should!!! But the place was gorgeous!!!
We would not stay there again. Valets would not help with luggage if you self parked. We checked in and asked if our room had a view. Was told our group rate was for no view (we did look at the AC units). She did not try to find a better room. Champagne was available at check in but not offered to us. Business center charges $5.95 for 15 minutes and $1.00 per page. Bath products were partially used and we had to ask for more for both of us to shower.
Our room was so large and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, especially Chris, our bell hop. Chris went out of his way to help us. Planning to return for another great weekend soon.
