Dr Bhavnani has cared for my eye health for over 7 years. He gave me back my sight and got me through all my eye problems including Glaucoma and Cataracts, etc. His office runs smoothly and efficiently, I thoroughly recommend him.
I have been of patient of Dr. Bhavnani for over 4 years and have always felt well cared for. He takes time to communicate. His staff is competent, cheerful and caring. My recent YAG procedure cemented by opinion. I rate him and his staff highly.
Dr. Bhavnani is a very intelligent, well educated eyecare specialist. He has a great staff and modern equipment. Office facilities are clean and well maintained. My only complaint is he consistently overbooks appointments. Out of the 6 times I have had an appointment I have had to sit in the waiting area for over an hour before being seen. An occasional emergency may cause a delay but this is totally unacceptable.
Since junior high school I've worn glasses or contacts for distance. I am now on medicare. My close up vision has always been excellent even as cataracts developed. Then night driving became annoying so Dr.Bhavnani replaced lenses in both eyes a year ago. He knew my concern with loosing my excellent near vision so he correctly chose the right lenses to insert. His caution both pre and post surgery and his understanding of my concerns has resulted in excellent results. Oh, I still use glasses for driving but around the house ... read more
Dr Bhavnani knows his patients and does what he feels is best for each of them. His staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. My cataract surgery was most successful and the easiest recovery. He has kept my glaucoma under control for over 8 years. He communicates with my other doctors on a regular basis. I feel very fortunate having him for my doctor and highly recommend him.
The vast majority of patients in this office are old and in many cases frail. Not one person on his staff wears masks. The doctor does not wear a mask even though he is very close to you when he examines you. Lee County/Fort Myers infection rate is very high yet this practice chooses to put patients health at risk. I will not return!
I recently had another procedure performed by Dr. Bhavnani [laser removal of film following cataract surgery]. Consistent with his practice in general, both he and his staff were very professional while being personable and friendly at the same time.
Friendly and competent staff. Doctor did my cataracts with great results. No pain, exceptional care afterwards.
Dr Bhavnani is a wonderful doctor. He is personable and takes time to explain everything clearly and concisely in a way that is easy to understand. He is patient and allows time to hear my questions and has greatly reduced my anxiety about my vision problems.
