over pricing —refused to fix 2 broken nails making excuses they don’t have that color before checking.
Been coming here for years but have only done pedicures and they are the best!
I want to start by saying the space is clean and the pretty and the lady working is very pleasant. It’s my own fault that I let myself be talked out of a French manicure with sparkle on one finger to what was done. But when you pay $70 (and give a $15 tip) you expect the manicure to last more than 4 days. I went and had her touch up a few that chipped and showed one more that had bubbled and was told well it’s smooth. It’s still there. THE WORST NAILS EVER !!! I was soo shocked from how bad it was !!! Literally she should hire someone experienced for this job ! It’s not fair on customers I have paid $45 for my nails to look like a clown nails. I kept telling her it’s soo bad she ignored me and said , it’s your nails I can’t do anything about it and passed me the nail file for me to fix it .. I would give it 0 stars if I could
