Spacious apartment in a wonderful community with tons of amenities. Also close to shopping & restaurants.
This place is great! It's always clean and the staff is awesome! Shaelah Williams is who helped me and my wife and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! She handled our move from Mississippi, and made it fast and easy! I recommend her for sure,and all the ladies in the office! The maintenance staff is quick and friendly! The Vinings are the place to be!
We leased with Vinings for 13 months on a temporary relocation. The staff was always more than professional and friendly. Our apartment was in the front very close to the office and pool. We loved the doggie park! The only issue we ever had were with noisy upstairs neighbors - and that was expected since we lived on the ground floor. Courtesy office was very responsive the few times we had to call. Grounds were always well kept and clean. We would recommend the Vinings anytime.
Absolutely LOVE where we live!! They go above and beyond! Our apartment is beautiful and spacious, the pool and grill are amazing!! We wanted to live somewhere that our dog could be happy and have a yard and they have a Bark Park here!! She loves going there! The staff is wonderful, property is very well kept! Couldn't be happier and we've only lived here a couple months! :)
Great community and very friendly staff! The premises are kept very clean, well maintained and they have a great common area as well a dog park! We've lived there for a year now and are beyond pleased with how friendly our neighbors are, how safe it is and how nice the apartments are.
Great location, very nice amenities. Not a good fit for temporary housing as they will not work with you regarding unexpected family relocation/moves.
