Absolutely terrible experience trying to buy a gift for my grandmother's birthday! Initially, contacting the staff was impossible—they simply didn't answer the phone. When I finally visited the store in person, I was shocked to find it was appointment-only with no prior notice. Worse still while in front of the store, I managed to speak with them via phone, the staff treated me with outright disdain, condescendingly repeating prices as if I couldn't possibly afford their jewelry.
