I love living here the neighbors are nice! I haven't experienced anything with the rats there were a few roaches but I was able to get rid of them no longer have them other than that! I do love living here I'm going to miss living here because I have to go to college soon but great place to live! The only bad thing is it's hard to get hired in this area with literally a fast food job can't even get that it's really hard to get.

This is the WORST place to live. Its literally Hell on earth. People in prison live better conditions. My first week there my apartment flooded with human urine and feces. There were so many roaches and rats. This place needs to be shut down. At night i could hear rats running round in my room and under my bed. When i notified Vickie the Property manager the told me to go to walmart and buy rat traps. The A/C is terrible in the summer it was always 85+ in my apartment.
