Zero STARS I normally do not leave bad reviews, but after my ongoing experience here, I feel it is important to speak honestly for future tenants. I have been dealing with unresolved maintenance issues, including a nonfunctional stove since May 1, along with recurring hot water concerns. Vendors/Locators are advised to exercise caution: timely payment and communication should not be anticipated. Invoices exceeding six months past due have not received a response from corporate or regional management. Repeated requests to resend invoices to an accounts payable email address were made, but no follow-up or resolution was provided. The experience has been highly frustrating and demonstrates subpar vendor support.
Really bad apps water bills to high acc units Keep breaking all the time really bad plumbing water comes in the living room when it rains and don't tell me about the reception only one person there is bad the other 2 ok but there's always flooding on this apps there a 3out of 10
Of I could give 0 stars believe me I would. How is it possible that this manager gave keys on Friday Oct 3rd with no fridge and says Monday it eill be installed and Monday came and nothing? With a 1 year old baby as well! I am so close in calling the city. The old apartment doesn't have electricity the litter of food that was there went bad. I will be submitting a complain. This is ridiculous. I will make a video and posted all over social media
