RecommendedI have lived here almost 2 years and I’m so glad I moved here. I love how spacious my apartment is and my patio, where I do some gardening. Becky the manager is awesome and she is so involved with our apartment community and always plans something fun around here or has goodie bags for the tenants .. I do not regret moving here and definetly give them a 10+
RecommendedI have lived at River's Edge for 6 years now and I couldn't ask for a better group of people in management. Saar is very friendly and helpful and Lauren is always around when I need assistance. The maintenance team Ricky and Jesus have been so great at taking care of things around the apartment. Great Team!! Awesome People!! Thanks for all that you do!!

RecommendedI've been here for 6 months and could not be happier. Between maintenance and management, my experience here has been nothing short of excellent. The staff have been responsive, polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond what they're expected to do. The grounds are also well kept and look lovely. Everything is always clean and maintained. The complex is within walking distance to grocery stores, popular restaurant chains, and other large stores. I highly recommend Corabel Lane Apartments!

RecommendedThe complex is well maintained and the staff is always helpful and friendly. This is a great location as it is close to Sacramento and is easy access to the highways and shopping. All the neighbors are very polite and it is very quiet. This is a rare find and would recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested in moving to the area.
RecommendedBeen living here for over two years and recently got new management and it’s been way better with the new manager Saar. He’s been great help with anything needed . All of management and maintenance are awesome.
