Terrible. My sister had moved into these apartments a few months ago and it was one of the worst experience. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The place is POORLY kept and there are ROACHES EVERYWHERE. My sister had put down $4000+ to move in and didn’t stay not ONE night in her apartment. No matter how many times they bombed the unit there were still roaches!!!! This is a health and safety hazard especially considering she has two little ones of her own. It’s disgusting.
RecommendedA great place to live it is close to shopping 🛍 and grocery stores. The management and maintenance people are so nice and professional. I would say that this property is constantly improving good job guys 👏🏻🙌🏻
Great neighborhood Went there in the middle of the afternoon and spoke with Pam and then Della (D). After a few moments, Della found a perfect apartment for me, good price, and perfect move in date that worked great with my move out date in Sacramento. I am so pleased with the service both of the gals gave me. Well recommended.
I have been living here for a few years now and I love it! One of the many things that I love is the quietness of the apartments. Another thing that I love about the Vineyard apartments is that I feel safe. I don’t have to worry about the safety of my family. Finally, I love the STAFF (especially PAM!!) because she is very down to earth and I could talk to her about any issue that I might have. She rocks because she gets things done! I would definitely recommend living here.
You won't find a better apartment complex! I continue to renew my lease for several reasons. The office staff are knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they will find it! The maintenance team are quick to respond, polite and respectful to you and your home. The landscapers keep the grounds clean and take pride in their work. The place is very poorly kept when we first moved in it was obviously because we were desperate for a place to call home but I've learned my lesson to inspect thoroughly before ever moving into a new place. The room doors are not fitted properly and are too small for the door frame so they just push open.... The cabinets in my apartment were falling apart and seems like they were just glued back up so now they have just fallen back off, my screen door and wooden door must have been kicked in from previous tenants so when the... read more
