Vines is the most dishonest and deceitful enterprise I have ever dealt with I purchased parts for a 2001 X5. The parts that were delivered were from a later year and did not fit. Figured an honest mistake. I spoke to David Vine, whom I also ordered the parts from. He told me that correct parts were being sent out and that a return label would be included to return the incorrect parts. Parts never arrived. Do not do business with Vines Automotive. david Vines is a dishonest person, he has a history or taking deposits on parts orders never shipping and never refunding your money. I would recommend not doing business and go else where there are plenty of "honest suppliers out there for used BMW parts. good luck.
