I’m sorry but this can not go unsaid Vinebrook Homes is the most u professional, unreliable, and by far the most scandalous company I have ever rented from. Suprised there still in business. Horrible rental company with horrible people running it. I would never rent from this company again. They raise the rent every year and they don’t respond to problems that you report to them. Took them cash to pay the rent , the account didn’t want to give me a receipt. Then got a letter saying that there was people staying there that wasn’t on the lease and was wanting to evict us. They are not fit to manage properties.

Glad they rejected my application due to a collection 6 years ago! At first the lady tonya was speaking as if they were gonna help get it approved! As soon as i said a agency was helping with deposit and six months rent they sent over a email and denied me! Fishy! Look on here at theyre reviews and this is terrible people are experienckng this! God dodged this bullet for me and my kids! No go! Yea all these complaints i hope they get put out of business and im not upset at all for now on im checking reviews first! Horrible s... read more

5936 Cottage Hill Drive, Millington, TN. We rented that house for 6 years. Vinebrook Homes took over last year. This year in Aug. When it was time to renew our lease I emailed them and received an email back saying we had a vacate date of Aug. 31. I emailed Jessica Tillman back and said their must have been a mistake. I was interested in a property from online pics so I started an application. I didn’t complete the application by paying the app fee because I first wanted to tour the property and would then finish the app if I like the property after physically viewing it. Kelly Bowmaker from Vinebrook Homes emailed me she needed my app fee to complete app so I replied asking if I could first view the property. No response! Sent a second email still no response. I was supposed to view a house today with Lometria Reed. She didn’t show up and didn’t bother to respond back to text or calls. Not a great first impression, and how does this company expect to rent out a house if their representative doesn’t even show up for the house to be viewed! I sat in the driveway of the house for 30 minutes and no one still showed up. A waste of time and energy.
