If I could have given 0 stars I would. They will send you a notice and put come physically to the address if you 7 days late but will not complete a maintenance order and if they do it’s not done in a timely manner. Air went out state someone came out on the third day but no one was home. Had already told left the house 2 days ago because the house was over 90 degrees and to call before they came. they will rent to anyone and not take any responsibility for the actions of tenants i.e. drug dealers, etc. who are harassing the neighbors absolutely and awful company it is just a matter of time till they get sued big time
Please don’t waste your time with this company ! They give you the run around on maintenance issues . They will send a “tech” out to “fix” your problem. However the last 4 times they send out people who have NO CLUE on how to repair anything, all they come out to do is take pictures . Only thing these guy know how to do is paint and screw in light bulbs . I’m in a home with my wife and children not to mention my wife is 8 months pregnant high risk . Please don't rent from Vinebrook Homes they are the worst company to rent from and the company is a scam, the maintenance crew don't come and repair anything in the home and you can get no one to talk to over the phone except the answering service and no one ever returns your calls, run fast from this company
Worst rental company ever! 1,400 for nasty 3 bedroom single family home I even had maintenance crews tell me this company is awful. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY RUN!!!!!!!!!! oh and I am a current resident who is moving out this year I refuse to sign a lease. This company deserves no stars
Suprised there still in business. Horrible rental company with horrible people running it. I would never rent from this company again. They raise the rent every year and they don’t respond to problems that you report to them. Took them cash to pay the rent , the account didn’t want to give me a receipt. Then got a letter saying that there was people staying there that wasn’t on the lease and was wanting to evict us. They are not fit to manage properties.
