This is easily the best window company in Houston. If you’re looking for honesty, quality and timeliness Vindov & Glass is where you want to go. We’ve used them on multiple projects and can’t speak highly enough to the dedication to their craft and excellent business practices. Great company run by great people, 10/10!
The customer service is miserable. I’ve asked for follow-ups multiple times and I can’t get anyone to respond. I have asked for them to come repair my windows and they never make appointment and will not come. They say lifetime guarantee and service but they will never come and do the work required. The windows are nice enough. The pricing is really good. If you want cheap. This is good place. But you get what you pay for in service.
