Office visit,MRI , surgery and rehab All in same building an excellent idea very convenient ! Vincera is Very clean. Cafe in waiting area nice touch but often out of items. Don't take Amex. Patient procedure process and items needed not well explained. Patient learns as you go along. Often long wait times. Once you see the doctors your given their full attention ,leave and go back to state you came from and it is very difficult to get in touch with them.
First class rehab facility and amazing therapists and staff.
I don't even know where to begin. The initial appointment combined with the surgery was such an efficient process. I dealt with so many staff members who were all amazing, professional and caring. My first three days of PT were so well structured that I feel so great after 72 hours post surgery. Dr. Myers made me feel like I was the most important patient he has ever seen and that says a lot. To sum it up, first class.
I've been coming to Vincera for a little over a year now for therapeutic massages & I will never go anywhere else again. Linda, my massage therapist is simply the best. I see her once a month & my back & neck have never felt better. She's easy to talk to, if there's a specific area that is bothering me she will devote a lot of time to the area & every time I walk out of there feeling much better than I did walking in. Only 5 weeks out of surgery but can't thank these people enough. The docs I went to previously stumbled over what was wrong and how to proceed. In little time Vincera institute diagnosed, planned, and scheduled the route to recovery. From diagnosis, treatment to rehabilitation, they have the road back figured out.
Amazing place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
