I rarely write reviews, but today’s experience i have received from his office staff was deeply disappointing. I had a 3:40 PM appointment with Dr. Giannelli for my 75-year-old mother. Due to traffic and her limited mobility, we were running a bit late. I called ahead to confirm whether a 10–15 minute delay would be acceptable, and was assured it was.
