Friendly and courteous
On time, friendly and very helpful.
We had an incredible experience with Vincent Plumbing & Heating. We worked with Jeff a master plumber who was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He discussed the bathroom vanity / sink install with us and made sure we were all in agreement with what needed to be done. He proceeded to complete the job in a timely fashion and made sure the work area was clean before he left. He definitely exceeded our expectations!
Very prompt, efficient and explained what he was doing. Jeff was very professional and provided some great home maintenance advice. I would use this company again and would refer others to them. My only complaint was the trip charge in addition to the hourly cost. It seemed like a lot for a fairly minor issue.
We had Jeff Vincent install a laundry cabinet, sink & faucet that we had already purchased into our main floor laundry room. He provided all other needed plumbing materials. He was prompt, efficient, and very skilled in his installation. It was a half day job. He charged $1,115, which I thought was rather high, but my husband thinks it was a fair price. We did not get any other bids. All and all a very good experience.
On time,work done efficiently. Price paid was what was quoted. Will definitely use this plumber again.
On time On budget Quality job
Was expecting the worst when my furnace broke, but Jeff from Vincent P&H gave it a quick tune up and cleaning and it was up and running in 45 min. Really good service for a reasonable $219. $69 for the service call and $150 for the work.
The plumber was prompt, professional, considerate, good at explaining what did and didn't need to be done. He finished quickly and left the areas as he found them.
