May God continue to bless and favor Dr. Ho and all staff at this office. I saw them quite often for TMS treatments, and they were more than accommodating to my tight schedule and communication preferences. They take great care in providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment with every detail thought of. I interacted with several staff, and they were all pleasant and knowledgeable. I've been seeing Dr Ho since he was with a group and worked in an office with no windows. Now he doesn't seem to have time to see patients, at last virtual visit I was told that my next visit would be in person, even received confirmation text two days prior. Then on the afternoon prior I receive a call that my visit with a NPA who I have never heard of or met will be a virtual visit!!! If you want someone more than a RX writer go somewhere else!
I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing and they care about their patients and their mental health. I will definitely never be changing places… 5 stars+
