There was a time when Vincent Ho provided me with life-saving psychiatric care. I had pleasant interactions and felt heard regarding my medication management and treatment options, which makes my recent experience even more disappointing. May God continue to bless and favor Dr. Ho and all staff at this office. I saw them quite often for TMS treatments, and they were more than accommodating to my tight schedule and communication preferences. They take great care in providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment with every detail thought of. I interacted with several staff, and they were all pleasant and knowledgeable. I've been seeing Dr Ho since he was with a group and worked in an office with no windows. Now he doesn't seem to have time to see patients, at last virtual visit I was told that my next visit would be in person, even received confirmation text two days prior. Then on the afternoon prior I receive a call that my visit with a NPA who I have never heard of or met will be a virtual visit!!! If you want someone more than a RX writer go somewhere else!
I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing and they care about their patients and their mental health. I will definitely never be changing places… 5 stars+
