I was trying to make an appointment for my child and the staff told me thatbi had to fill the paperwork out before I could scedule an appointment, and I did. Took the application to the office and because I didn't have his insurance information as he tells me that she still can't schedule an appointment until she has that and for me to call back with the information. Whenbi for home i called to give her the information that was needed she tells me to call back in 20 minutes. Very rude staff..

Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So mad!!! No compassion at all, neither Doctor nor his staff. Only business! Money making machine. Would not take a sick kid the same day. It is a 5 min appointment, all you need to do and check his ears, chest and throat and prescribe stuff. The staff member is also cold hearted, could at least say I am sorry. Hopefully he would feel better. Maybe try urgent care. Nothing!!!

I am a prominent business woman in Palm Coast with 11 year old twins. My son was in the ER w/ a serious asthma.attack. I was advised by the E.R. Dr. to follow up with a specialist. I called & explained what happened, so I could go in and get a referral to see a specialist. I took him out of school for this appt. I was shocked that all they did was check his weight and asked us to come back for another appointment before a referral would be given. EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT and waste of our time & $!!

This guy is a totally douche. No compassion at all. Full of sarcasm and an attitude. I am speaking from experience with multiple visits so he wasn't just having a bad day. Treats you like scum if your child is on state funded medical care.
