excellent customer service and communication
My 17 year old son brought his car in today looking for a diagnostic test. They decided that he needed and new tire and performed a tire change without permission. They then called him to tell him what they had done and how much he owed. Totally took advantage because of his age. When I called, they told me they would take the new tire off and put the original back on....had no answer for why they completed a service without consent from the owner of the vehicle. Shameful.
Our son referred us - and we are very happy that he did! Fair pricing plus the personal touch - follow up calls and postcards! 😁
these guys are the best. they take care of my truck and both my cars. my car was making a funny noise Thursday 8/8/19. took it to them friday morning when they opened. explained the situation and that I was going on vacation Sunday. I asked them inspect the car and make sure its roadworthy. I even said because its last minute i do not expect a repair., just a diagnosis. I was fully prepared to rent a vehicle. by 2:00 the inspection was done, and the car was not safe, but by 3:30 the repair was done and I was back on the road... read more
I was referred to Vince from a friend. I dropped off my wife’s 12 year old highlander off for an oil change and Hopefully and inspection. After Vince and his guys got their hands on it, Called me about what needed to be done, and made the repairs it actually rides nicer than our 2015. Amazing. I know most people find a hair stylist and never leave, I found my repair shop. I’m never looking anywhere else.
Vince is the best! We have been taking our cars to him for over 25 years. Even after we moved to Chadds Ford, Vince comes & picks up our cars! Don’t know what we would do without him & Vinnie and everyone else that works there!
