This is for a Teladoc appointment I had. Terrible. I clearly had a bacterial infection that was getting worse. He said I had a cold that was getting better and nothing more was needed. He prescribed me nasal spray which I didn’t need. A day later I was coughing so hard I was getting sick and busied a rib. Finally was able to get antibiotics and am on the mend. If you get this guy in your Teladoc que then disconnect get a new dr.

Rating based on teledoc visit. I informed him that I have past experience with similar issues and all I needed was antibiotics to clear up an infection in my tooth. He then refused to provide me with said antibiotics due to my heart rate being elevated. He suggested I need to be seen in person if my issue were serious enough to be seen in person than I would have done that to begin with. Over all terrible doctor I do not recommend.
