Do not go to Jodi. She stays looking at her phone while trying to service you. She kept swiping her phone while doing my manicure which to me is unsanitary. She cared more about watching what was on her phone than paying attention to what she was doing. Also she snapped at me when I stood up to show her something I wanted fixed. I used to love going here, but I don’t go anymore because of Jody. She always insists on a tip and never lets you just tip her. The last time I went, before I could even dig my hand in my purse here she goes speaking in another language about where the tip is to another person. It’s greedy and disgusting. I’m all swet and would rather find somewhere else.
The nail tech Jody said she would know how to do a simple design but while she was doing it she kept messing up, I was telling her that the lines aren't sharp enough.. the star was not clear and she was huffing and puffing, and talking under her breath every time I asked for it to be corrected. Very poor service. Not satisfied with the work. Tried to reason with her that I don’t like it but said it’s fine and did not want to fix it.
Horrible horrible store they messed up my nails so bad they are so expensive but the job they do is so so horrible and all they ladies are so old they can’t even do a French tip
