I agreed with them (AJ) to vacuum the air lines of a newly installed split unit for $120, but when Luis arrived on site, he tried to offer me additional services but I turned them down because the unit is new. Luis then changed the rate from $120 to $250. I offered $220, but he said to find another person to do it. Unfortunately, he wasted both of our times and left me disappointed with his undelivered service

Villquin Air Services is an old-fashioned service business in the best sense: show up and get it done with no fuss. For years, we dreaded changing out an old gravity furnace with asbestos-covered ducts. This hulk dominated a large basement space. An architect friend recommended Beto and Luis unreservedly.
