Horrible experience this morning when speaking to a wedding florist coordinator named Trameka. Lol of all places to work ! She is EXTREMELY unprofessional!!!! Very nasty! Very Classless! I was literally in the middle of making a payment but she was so rude, I just hung up on her. I will NEVER patron a business that treats its customers so poorly. She tried to overcharge me for delivery because she couldn’t properly communicate.
On Mother’s Day all Mother’s we’re handed a red rose as we walked in to Zephyr stadium for the babycakes game. It was blazing hot and I didn’t have much hope in that rose making it through the day! I did put it in a bottle of water when we got back to our car. Here is is Wednesday morning and that rose looks absolutely beautiful! Wish I could post a picture of it to show you.
So disappointed in my purchase. Bought a baby’s breath crown with 4 sweetheart roses for my daughter to wear for her first communion after seeing another crown made by this florist. I even included a picture of what they had done previously. When I picked up the crown, the roses were soooooooo small. Barely visible. And they were $5 each!!!! I paid $20 for the roses ($45 total) that you can’t even see!!! Asked for something different instead, and they were unable to accommodate. I was told “they are just small this season”. ... read more
