AMAZING property and staff! Our team stopped by this property today and got to speak with Becky; she was so accommodating and helpful. Wish we could more than 5 stars!!
I’ve lived here for some time and honestly wouldn’t recommend it. The management refuses to update older apartments, and simple maintenance requests often go ignored if they don’t consider them important. One of the maintenance staff seems unprofessional and unreliable, which creates an uncomfortable environment for tenants. The office staff is unhelpful and often rude, making it difficult to get anything resolved. The gym equipment is completely outdated, and the parking lot gate is broken more often than not. i moved into these apartments many, many years ago “temporarily.” the experience has been so wonderful that even over a decade later, i don’t have any plans on moving any time soon. Becky is great and has an awesome staff working with her. Cheryl and Angel are helpful and friendly and seem to know every tenant by name. Bucky and Corey are always on top of any maintenance issues that pop up and take the time to talk to random residents even when they’re just walking the property. 10/10 would recommend if you plan on being a r... read more
