Verified Renter I love the view of my apartment. I use the gym almost everyday and then go sit in the sauna. The study rooms are very quiet. I’m so glad that it is pet friendly for our dog too.

Verified Renter Everything’s good except nothing is done in a timely manner. The front desk is very clueless and never knows what’s going on or the answers to any questions most of the time
Verified Renter I have lived here for 2 years and it hasn’t been the best experience. The managers have been very disrespectful to both me and my parents. We were left without a working microwave for almost 3 months and we’re given the run around about it being fixed. For a few months the gate to the garage didn’t work which made it feel very unsafe coming in and out of it at night.

Verified Renter I enjoyed my time here at villas on rio! Very nice staff and very nice place to live. a never had any issues with any appliance or what not either !
Verified Renter Really expensive with very cheap furnishing. Has unnecessary charges for water bill and electricity. I barely use anything but because of their flatrate and uncharge I end up paying much much more. Do not recommend at all.
