We have lived here a little over a year and haven't been really impressed at all but its in a good location for our jobs so we signed another lease. It was fine enough. Maintenance was slow if ever to fix things and we do alot of pest control on our own even tho its included in our rent but again its in good location to jobs. However we have now been without AC for almost a full 2 weeks. You need a camera to live here. Your car will be broken into by opportunity if you don't lock it. I haven't had it broken into other than the one time i forgot to lock it. I didnt have anything of interest but it still makes you feel awful. I even had a camera broken off. I love the place and the yard but the safety hazard is making me not resign when my lease is up. I've been here for 2 years. Kind regards to future comers.
The inside of the town home was very nice but every one of the buildings need a new roof
Love here for a year so far no true problems. Really love the property. Maintenance is usually right on top of any problems I have.
