Every issue I ever had is responded to in a timely manner, professionally, and keeps great communication going for updates and timetables. I had accidentally broken one of the doors to the A/C closet and thought my thermostat was malfunctioning. The door frame had separated a bit and 5 slats had fallen out. I tried to re-insert them but did not succeed. The thermostat had a low battery indication but even after replacing the batteries twice (with what I thought were good batteries) it still showed low battery.
