Worst place ever. Don't keep up with maintenance. Very rude people. Only nice to tenants that are family. Don't move there. Buildings fallen apart and condemned. People have moved out.
I had the wonderful opportunity to live at the Villas Of Geneva. It was such a safe place and very well managed, maintenance was thorough and always residences welcoming. I loved living there and Marsha is the best!
Villias of Geneva excellent place to live at. Great location near, Restaurant, and stores. Manger Marsha Lamb, works very good With people. On rent issue. Or Utility issues. Maintenance man Nick Lamb,Can fix it. But you have to report it . can't fix it. If its not reported. So you want a nice place to live at. Come on down. And apply. You won't regret it.
