Loved this place, super quiet, neighbors are kind and very well kept. The ladies in the office are amazing Gia, Gill and Gissele, super helpful and kind. Maintenance are amazing. Highly recommend.
Beautiful atmosphere in gated community, staff is amazingly attentive, Jia and Jill are always on the spot with any needs. The new clubhouse will be completed soon and will be a welcomed renovation. Highly recommended, safe clean and great loaction.
Took a quick tour of the townhouses, still deciding whether or not to lease but Giselle did an incredible answering all of our questions, showing us the townhouse and the neighborhood. She was so patience with us and definitely deserves a shoutout for her customer service.
Great development and the best bang for the buck. Sadly moving out after 5 years only because we bought a house. Great management. Always responsive to any issues especially if a maintenance issue. Very nice gated secure development in a prime area just down the road from Downtown Atlantic Ave., Delray. Nice pool and fitness facility. Great garaged Units with Great storage.
I love my home, the application process was not stressful at all. Communication between ALL the ladies in the office at all times. Move in was flawless! Best team and property ever! Highly recommend. Also I have such a beautiful sunset in the evening time
