I had such a great time living here! Great location and the staff are really awesome. Jia and Giselle really took amazing care of me during my time there. I would highly recommend living here and it's nice how close to the highway and the ave (downtown) it is. Very dog friendly too and you get a garage which I had trouble finding anywhere else in the area. I had to move otherwise I would still happily live there. Thank you Jia and Giselle!

If you're looking to rent here and checking reviews, I would say it's ok. It's supposed to be a gated community but the gate hasn't worked for weeks now. They have said they will be installing a new gate system but that hasn't happened and no further information has been provided. The main office building is being renovated, but I wouldn't count on it being done anytime soon. The gym is under renovation and open limited hours. I have been a resident for nearly eight years and have observed a significant decline in the community. The clubhouse renovation has been delayed for over a year, despite initial assurances of completion within a few months. The fitness center renovation, expected to take only a few weeks, is now in its fourth week. Although we were told the budget for the dog park cleanup and update was approved at the end of 2024, no progress has been made. Took a look at some homes in there priced from low 300K to 700K most of them are under 500K a little out of my reach but very nice community would live there if I could afford it
