It's meh, there are cheaper and more updated places to live in the surrounding area. "Luxury" apartments that have popcorn ceilings and haven't been updated since 1990. They just updated the gate system, but the guest gate is always open, so not sure what the point of the gate is, especially since once it's open, 5 more cars can sneak in behind you.
If you're looking to rent here and checking reviews, I would say it's ok. It's supposed to be a gated community but the gate hasn't worked for weeks now. They have said they will be installing a new gate system but that hasn't happened and no further information has been provided. The main office building is being renovated, but I wouldn't count on it being done anytime soon. The gym is under renovation and open limited hours. It would be great if they would update the community for the timeline on all these projects. The gr... read more
I had such a great time living here! Great location and the staff are really awesome. Jia and Giselle really took amazing care of me during my time there. I would highly recommend living here and it's nice how close to the highway and the ave (downtown) it is. Very dog friendly too and you get a garage which I had trouble finding anywhere else in the area. I had to move otherwise I would still happily live there. Thank you Jia and Giselle!
