They are over charging for rent I tell me imaginary prices

Been here since 2019 when i first moved in it was affordable and they actualy cared about there tenants then years pass and new owners manament come in and the price went from affordable to outrages they dont fix nothing asked to be tranffered after even being assaulted in my unit from the lady down stairs when she lived here they didnt the apartments have a pool and the 6 years ive been here never been opened if you want broken promises and to be neglected then this is the place for you lol oh and ther maintance all live on... read more
Prices are great BUT these apartments are TERRIBLE AC doesn’t work they fix it and it breaks a week after we have stayed in two units and it just gets worse roaches are bad they have fixed some units but still bad we are just staying here until our kids are a little older to move into a house the pool has been closed for years and the just now are opening on the 8th with VERY RIDICULOUS RULES balconies are falling apart have called code compliance on them several times and will yea I think it’s about time to really move and ... read more
This was about 5 years ago. I live at this apartment for over 2 years and I've loved it. Until the Africans showed up, it was hell on Earth. They stole our door matt, and some of my plants that we had on our little porch outside the front door. They tried to steal my RC car, they would put their extremely disgusting feet on my mom's white car, and they bought us bedbugs and roaches we never seen a infestation so bad like that. 3 of the African girls try to hit on my older brother ( 17 ) at the time, they would try and touch ... read more
