Victoria is THE most dismissive and negligent “manager” I have ever met.
“I want to give a shoutout to Ana Aviles, the maintenance lady at Villas By The Park. Anytime something came up, she was quick to help and always super friendly. You can tell she really cares about the residents. Definitely made my time living here so much better!” We are really going to miss having her as she was always smiling and made me laugh.
I have been reporting my AC issue for over a month now, and nothing has been fixed. I keep my thermostat set at 76°F, but the temperature in my apartment never goes below 81- 82°F. The manager told me that “the weather is hot” and that’s why the AC can’t cool properly, even though the unit is supposedly blowing at 50°F. That explanation doesn’t make sense—if the AC were working properly, the apartment should be cooling to the set temperature.
