Great work. Timely resolution of problem during non business hours. Extremely satisfied withe service. G.khalsa
My husband and I have lived here at the villas for almost exactly 2 years. It has been a huge adjustment for us. Tammy and Adriana have been amazing. Anything we need they help with. They are friendly and professional. Jaime and Billy are wonderful! The few issues we have had here have been handled quickly and professionally and they are always kind. We are grateful and happy to be here at the Villas.
Very prompt response to my maintenance requests
Tammy is the worst manager I’ve ever had to deal with. Absolutely no respect for her tenants. She enjoys keeping your deposit even after you’ve had it professionally cleaned. Spic and span. She is extremely cocky and spiteful. She should be held to account. She’s not there to help, she’s just another pawn for the corporation she works for. She should hang her head low with shame. Shameless and apparently soul-less as well.
The staff is awesome especially Billy in maintenance
