RecommendedWe lived in the San Dorado in between selling one house & purchasing another. The apartments are just beaitiful as well as the grounds. Ryan, Nicole & Frankie are the best staff, always accomadating. My fur kids loved their daily walk to the office to receive lots of love & attention from staff. Mickey & the maintenance staff deserve a 5 thumbs up. They were quick when things needed to be fixed and the grounds were beautifully kept. We highly reccomend calling San Dorado home Jane & Bob Krabbeler.

Villas at San Dorado is indeed a beautiful community, inside and around the property. Also, it does indeed have great amenities. However, due to its proximity to Oracle Road it is SO unbelievably loud, the noise is unavoidable and intolerable. It is constant and semi trucks, motorcycles and construction night and day. Even with thick curtains, ear plus, and fans the noise is terrible. I would recommend seriously taking that into consideration!
