A Very Frustrating Move-Out Experience I had a very frustrating experience with the move-out security deposit process at The Villas at Park La Brea. I lived at the property for approximately 19 months, from January 2025 to August 2026. After moving out, I was charged $420.93 for "Full Paint." The invoice lists 19 months of occupancy and a 100% prorate percentage for the paint charge. My concern is not simply the amount of the charge.
