Just moved out of this horrible OVERRATED place! Unit 1-307. Unless it's been renovated inside, here's the truth. Upon move in...horrible seeped in urine smell comes from the old spaced out hardwood floors...years and years of dog urine embedded in those woods (smell the floor if you want to faint) Hardwood floors are sooooo old that no matter how much you clean it...it's sticky and smelly. I have lived here for 6 years and have loved it. I’m moving from a 2 bedroom with a roommate to my own 1-bedroom and am excited to stay here for a bit longer. The new apartment is renovated and really nice! They’re going through a lot of renovations on the property right now that is leading to noise and disruption in the shower term but I’m excited to reap the benefits once it’s done.
The staff has been great and accommodating with our move. Christy is amazing and helped us every step of the way.
