Been living here for almost 4 months and love it! Our apartment and the pool and spa are great. Feels like a real "home" here! (And we opted for the change to this after being "homeowners" for over 25 years). Office staff and maintenance are the best!
It's absolutely beautiful here! I didn't even feel like I was in an apartment.
These apartments are very beautiful inside and out, grounds are very well kept up and the movie room is awesome
What an amazing experience. From the time I drove up and walked through the leasing office doors, I knew it was "home." Beautiful grounds, close to shopping and freeway access, and such a refreshing calm atmosphere. The staff is on top of their game and very professional.
Took a tour of this beautiful property and will definitely be recommending it to everyone I know looking for a place �. Feels like a home!
Save you money and move somewhere else. The ladies in the office are nice but completely unorganized. Fees pop up on you monthly statement with no explanation. Hallways to your apartment are filty. The walls are very thin and you can hear everytime anyone opens up the gates. I can see directly into the neighbors apartment. We have found 2 mice in our garage. Mice have been found in the swimming pool as well. Nothing luxury here expect the front office.
Positives: New property, love the floor plans & the office ladies are very nice. Negatives: pool is too small for number of units being built, dryer vents are just outside the doors (come home to lint infested hallway daily), some tenants seem shady (& I'm under stating), limited/no access to some of the amanaties, lack of communication from management, surprise updates to lease contract (example: nearly doubling trash pickup fee), low confidence in maintenance.
This place looks beautiful. If I were moving to Vacaville, I would want to live there.
You won't find apartments like this in the Vacaville area. Come check out the beautifully detailed apartment homes, 24 hour fitness center, theater, and business center. You wont want to leave!!!
