Nothing but love for our home & everyone we’ve dealt with that works here. How the staff reacted when our cat was missing was amazing. Maintenance (Hector) helped me look until she was found & has taken care of anything fast. Beautiful homes, bonuses, & friendly atmosphere. The theater room is a real nice touch..Oh, loved getting a cup of noodles @ 1am without leaving the property. Another nice detail with the vending machine��
Don't do it! Unless you are prepared to deal a rude Community Manager". Her customer service skills are I'm need of a tuning up. If you get any marks on the wall that need just a touch up be prepared to paint the entire wall because the paint codes they give do not match. Or you pay hundreds of dollars for them to fix it when you move out.
We have been here for 4 months now and absolutely LOVE it!! Great layout, great view from our balcony and staff is amazing too! By far the best apartment complex we have ever lived in!

Wow, where do I start? This is far and away the nicest place I've ever lived. Yes, the apartment is amazing and comfortable and truly feels like a home, but it's so much more than that. The staff here couldn't be nicer or more helpful. I've lived in my share of apartment complexes over the years and the staff here blows them all out of the water. Been here about 9 months and absolutely love it!! The ladies who work at the front desk are always so kind, knowledgeable and approachable. All of the amazing amenities definitely make this place a fantastic place to live! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Been here for 4 months and it's by far the best apartment complex in Vacaville. They're really new which makes it feel like your own home. I also LOVE the free hot chocolate :)
