By far the most peaceful place i’ve lived since moving to Ft Myers about 10 years ago. The backyard is spacious and provides plenty of privacy. The walls in between each unit are concrete as well. Carlina is beyond helpful, making the move in process as easy as it gets. They even allow you to have your own grill in the backyard. My dog is also just as pleased as i am living here.
We love The Villas. The location is great. Our dogs have their own private back yard. Carlina is wonderful. She knew we were in a bind and needed to move quickly. From the application process through move in it was a breeze. Jon attended to some minor adjustments. The staff are warm and welcoming. I feel at home!
We moved in recently, and the entire process from touring to move in was perfect. The staff is extremely professional and always willing to help and answer any questions. This community truly stands out in comparison to the rest in the area. The villas are a perfect size for someone who wants to upgrade from a normal apartment. The private backyard is amazing and the interior of the homes are beautiful. We love it here!
The villas are very neat concepts and are a great transitional place for those who want to eventually have a house. The community is great and everyone is so kind and friendly. The amenities are also really nice.
I love living here! We have had a great experience with the property managers and maintenance. Everyone who works here has been extremely helpful and kind! The units are perfect for their size and my dog loves having a yard to hangout in, especially because the privacy fences make it so comfortable to leave the door open and let in fresh air. The community itself is quiet and feels very safe. I could not recommend more!
