I lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet and always clean. The houses are nice, and having a backyard was a big plus. Maintenance was quick any time I needed something. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
I initially gave a one star review as we’ve had several issues with our unit, and some trouble with response times to maintenance requests. I’m upgrading to a 4 star bc the office was very helpful with the issues surrounding my initial review, and today I just had an AC issue which ended up being a simple one to resolve, but even in this instance I was able to see a complete turn around with everything. We lived here in the first year of opening, and we did deal with a few ongoing issues with the AC, the electrical and a few other things. While we have decided to move out, I can understand that most of what we dealt with, was likely caused by common issues you may deal with in any brand new place as things are getting fixed now- Either way I management has always been very genuine when working with them no matter which person.
