The villas are very neat concepts and are a great transitional place for those who want to eventually have a house. The community is great and everyone is so kind and friendly. The amenities are also really nice!
I visited family that lives in the community and it is gorgeous. I love the villa style and how quiet it was. Everything was clean and well kept up. If I lived in the area I would love to call Villas at Gulf Coast home!
Lovely place to live!
This place is a nightmare to live in. I broke out in hives from fire ants, the black mold made me sick, and everything here feels slapped together as cheap as possible. Management? Absolutely horrible—zero care for residents’ health or safety. I’ve already been to the hospital three times because of this and I’m drowning in medical bills!! Never rent here. Disgusting place!!
