this is NOT the place to live. The property manager, Qon Cloman, HARASSES ALL of my neighbors including me. Uses racial slurs. Walks around watching and recording your every move. I have numerous issues with not getting my maintenance requests filled. I have been in my unit almost a week with my AC not working properly. Qon also is trying to make disabled people with service animals pay a pet deposit. Property manager will not give access to registering parking therefor can tow your vehicle. If I could give y'all 0 stars I would! I have been trying to get my deposit refunded ever since August. I keep getting the same answer everytime I ACTUALLY speak to someone, that y'all are under new owners so everything is having to be changed and updated. That it shouldn't be much longer and it will be processed and sent out. It does not take 5 months for that to happen! Now when I try to call, no one ever answers the phone so I leave a voice mail which NO ONE ever returns!!!!
