Called office several times about leak in my master bedroom and they want me to wait a month until they fic it while it continues to rain in my apartment. my air conditioner has not been working properly since I moved in the apartment for the past 5 months. told office that and they tell me because the sun hits my building its going to get hot. not when its 9 or 10 at night and it still feels like 100 degrees in my room. you pay rent so things can get fixed when you report them not when the office feels like fixing them. hav... read more
RecommendedNew management is great, the new updates are even better. I’ve been here for 3 years and can honestly say this is the safest I’ve felt. It's kind of the cleanest safest places I've lived in for as apartments go. The new staff and owners are making many changes. We now have a brand new laundry room, they're making a soccer field which should be a big hit with the kids, I'm a bit disappointed that the p pool isn't open yet and summer is almost over but it's a chemical issue and had to be right to pass the city inspection, they are working on it so fingers are crossed.
