Let me make myself clear I am very disappointed in the new office staff I find it very unprofessional to tell one resident that the pool is closed for cleaning than a few hours later have the maintenance guy come clean it and then open the pool for a resident of the same color as the staff. when i first moved in the apartment staff was welcoming my personal opinion is the girl behind the desk when you first walk in needs to go, she is loud and rude
