Steven was absolutely incredible! We returned from a short vacation in the 70° oceanside temps to the sweltering 113° Sacramento heat only to find our AC was no longer working. At its worst we reached 93° downstairs and 101° upstairs! We were waiting on a call back from our home warranty company to send out a single-star rated AC company when we decided we couldn’t stand it any longer (at 6 months pregnant, you NEED air conditioning!).
