Lauren is by far the most attentive and chill bartenders I've ever met. The Bruery is taking over the tap right now, and no one takes that into consideration! Lauren, on the other hand, not only showed me the greatness behind sours but just the wonderful array of beer from the bruery. She's pretty knowledgeable about the drinks served.
