Been living here for almost a year now, and honestly, it’s been better than most of the places I’ve stayed at. The staff is super friendly — the Hispanic girl and the jacked dude at the front office are always welcoming and easy to talk to. The gym’s nice, the pool is chill, and the location is solid — being close to a bunch of shopping centers is definitely a plus. You know with property the saying goes like this - location, location, location - even though I've proven that wrong before. But with a community like The Villages at the Domain, the saying should be: people, people, people. From day one, Victoria, Kristiana, and the Team have made this place feel more like a home to me. Fine place if you only care about price. Great if you want someplace that has repeated thefts, car breakins, and drug deals. There's a gate system for both the parking and apartment, but it's constantly broken by the people who do the activities mentioned above. You'd think it would be of interest for management to catch the offenders, but I doubt the cameras even work. They force Fetch on you, and if you dont use it you 100% will have a package stolen.
