I’ve stayed here long enough to watch the quality of this complex decline year after year, even as prices stay the same or go up. The management and leasing staff are easily the worst part of living here—disorganized, dismissive, and consistently unhelpful. They send out notices with little to no warning, handle issues carelessly, and make it clear they don’t care about residents’ experiences. The parking situation is a complete joke. If you want to live in a place that makes you feel safe, choose somewhere else. I've been here for about 1.5 years and about 3 times now the entire buildings fire alarm has proved to be faulty. Also if there is a fire that breaks out and you're not home, don't expect to receive a notification. Your pets and stuff will just go up in smoke.
