Out of my 10 years renting in Austin, I have never had a worse experience than having to deal with two individuals that work at this establishment, Vicky and Esperanza. What I can only describe as two of the most inconsiderate, petty and miserable people I have to deal with in my entire life. I do not envy their lives as they have to resort to bullying random tenants, I imagine, to satisfy whatever deficiency they are experiencing in their regular lives. The fire alarm is ridiculous! I’ve been in this apartment for exactly a year now, and I have absolutely loved it. Love the location, ability to walk to restaurants/shops, the pool and amenities are great, I’ve never seen a single bug, and have only had to call maintenance once this entire year. The only reason I am considering moving to a different place is because of the fact that the fire alarm goes off every single day in the middle of the night. Edit 7 months later: in the last 4 so week the fire alarm has gone off 3 times between the hours of 10 pm - 3 am. The building still doesn't update anyone on what's going on. If there is an actual fire in the building we will be cooked because no one cares anymore. No clue how often it goes off when I'm not home. Fire alarms will trigger on mid night around 1-2 am. They have to fix their alarms . It has been happening from many months
I have been living at Villages at the Domain since August of 2025 and overall the apartment is nice and the amenities are great but just about every month at least once the fire alarms seem to go off forever and it always happens in the middle of the night. The fire alarms are extremely loud and have gone off so many times I stopped going outside because I know a threat is not there.
