wow I didn't know people didn't like cv@na I have been living here for over a year now and they are fine ....I feel safe... kim is great ....im getting brand new appliances and carpet... the place comes with full size washer and dryer and cable everybody over there are nice I don't have roaches and I get my work orders done ...now im not going to say it was a timely matter because its not but they do get around to it there staff is small so I understand ....my a.c nor heat don't go out ...I guess im lucky ....I say move in c... read more
Hmm.... where do I start? Oh yeah! Run Far Away from this hell hole!!! I have never been so disgusted with an apartment complex as much as I have with this piece of s*** that they call colonial village at North Arlington. Nothing ever gets fixed around here. They will lie and tell you whatever just to get you to move in, then once you move in, they treat you like crap. The water bills here are more than light bills. The maintanence is very slow to fix things. Also the fix is probably more of a temporary thing rather than permanent. Management is ok primarily the upper not lower.
