The new management is a significant improvement. I recently submitted a service request due to issues with the washer and dryer. Adam and Chris from the service team did an excellent job, replacing both units with brand-new ones.
I had a recent issue regarding my parking situation, and the entire experience with the leasing office at villages at Cupertino ( Prometheus) was outstanding. They immediately understood my concern and were incredibly helpful in quickly arranging a parking lot switch. Abraham is such a helpful and skilled maintenance technician. I have a busy schedule, so I’d accumulated a list of small and big issues and submitted five maintenance requests. I submitted them around midnight, and the very next morning, Abraham came by to take care of everything. He’s extremely capable at his job! This place is amazing! The staff: Eli, Ralph, and others made us very welcome. I am particular about certain amenities, sunlight direction, location, and several other factors which were addressed by the staff. Ralph very patiently toured various apartments and showed them to me so I could get a sense of the place. The new management is very hands on, readily available, and willing to listen to all concerns. My husband and I loved the place, and a HUGE factor is their pet welcoming policy!
