Ralph, Eli are the first contact in leasing office for any issues. Both of them are wonderful human beings and always provide a great service. They are very approachable and always ready to help. It feel easy when you either mail them and talk to them personally. Responses to the emails are very professional. Thanks for part of the villages community and maintaining it nicely. Maintenance staff is also very helpful and great. I want to appreciate maintenance team for their continued support to the community.
I've been living in this community for over three years, and overall it has been a really great experience. The Prometheus property management team has been wonderful. Maria, Amanda, and Ralph from the new management team are especially kind, responsive, and always willing to help. The leasing office staff are very friendly and approachable.
