Apartment was dirty when moved in . Carpet hadn't been cleaned nothing was clean an still haven't came an fixed anything that needs fixed . Make sure apartment is cleaned an fixed before you move in

Willowbrook West Apartments is not a tenant friendly complex. Recently a tenant of many years had their vehicle towed. Their parking permit had slipped off the window unbeknownst to them. The courtesy security office noted the sticker was not in the window and had the vehicle towed during the early morning hours. The main office told me that it is not their custom to protect their residents from this happening that even though your license plate number is in the system as a parking sticker holding resident you will be towed ... read more
