LOVE MY APARTMENT! My beloved roomie and I needed an apartment that suited our home away from away desire.. and this place did the trick. I love my two bed-room unit! Theres s much space and everything is so nice. Maintenance is quick and the office is very kind. I will definitely be staying as long as im around!

Village West will NOT respect your contract. I signed a 3BR-2 Bath apartment with a contract specifying "The number of residents per unit cannot exceed the number of bedrooms in the unit, unless stated otherwise per your Lease." My lease does not specify more than 3 occupants, and they still matched me and my roommate with a couple. We went to talk to management, and we only received a very rude response. I am looking to sublease a Village West apartment. It is two bedrooms, one bath, fully furnished apartment at Village West. Both rooms are available for rental for ten months/full academic year. Village west includes a pool, full exercise facility, resident lounge, and is a seven minute drive to campus. The rent price is $624/month per bedroom for ten months and includes electric, water, heating/cooling, and trash. All questions or interests can be sent to me through private messaging.
