I've had a great experience at Village West. Maintenance is always quick and the clubhouse has all sorts of events to take advantage of. I always feel safe and love the bus system.
Village West is an AMAZING apartment community. The new clubhouse and fitness center renovations are extraordinary, as well as the new upgraded apartments!!! The staff is friendly, and always willing to help you with your whatever you need. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for an excellent place to live. They even have a late night shuttle ;)
Serious issues with management. It's changed hands countless times. Was dirty when we moved in, construction material everywhere and after calling twice about debris and a COUCH propped up next to our door for 3 WEEKS from the apartment across the way being remodeled still had nothing happen. Signed the lease in Dec 2015 and they "forgot" to mention the ginormous construction project that started this January without warning any of the residents. I wouldn't recommend living here. My roommates and I are constantly frustrated about one thing or another. We often have maintenance issues, and though the staff is friendly, things aren't fixed in a timely manner. Also, they chose to close the gym in the middle of December without warning anyone, showing that ownership doesn't really think things through. This place is a joke, they had new management atleast 3 times in the 6 months I lived there. They never fixed problems we reported on the day we moved in, they only cared about getting their money and not about the residents. Spend a little extra and go rent somewhere nicer and resident friendly! Do not live here
