It would be nice to receive a burger the way you order it. Medium Well does not mean Pink and Cool. Their Asian Slaw was nothing but red cabbage... Google it, that isn't Asian slaw! Lunch with your wife, doesn't mean one eats and then the other; but that's what we did because the messed up the order. They didn't even offer a discount. I guess their motto about serving Dysfunctional People means, normal people stay away.

After cooking tens of thousands of burgers a year, sometimes we mess one up... When we do mess up, we correct the mistake... I hope she enjoyed the second burger...
Every time I go to Asheville (about once a month), I always visit! A wedge salad and sweet potato tots are the way to go! Yum

I came here a few years ago while at an ACA conference about 20 minutes from here. This year our Conference was in Greenville and we came all the way up for a late lunch. This place is awesome, love the food and atmoshere
