Wonderful community for 55+ adults, very well maintain and the design of the properties are nice and Very unique with one car garage. I live there for almost 5 years and not problems at all. The management company is good, and any buyer has to pass a warm interview with same board residents, very educated.
I live here. Dionne is fantastic! Randy, too. I'd like to see the HOA a little more responsive to inquiries and take responsibility for the safety of the animals in the preserve. Visitors and residents should be aware of the animals when they're there and not hurt them intentionally (we had an incident), or run them over when they're too busy speeding or looking at their phones (4 sandhill cranes* were killed in 4 years, one baby was injured and taken to Busch). Great place. Well maintained and managed. Accessible to many places and plenty of activities.
Wonderful place to live. Very friendly neighbors. Everyone looks after each other.
