In March of 2016 I brought my Mastiff in for an emergency visit, I was concerned she had bloat. It ended up being much worse and they found cancer. Dr. McFarlane was so kind and compassionate, it left such a good impression on me even on one of the worst days off my life. I found the care too be so competent, timely, and compassionate that when I got my next mastiff we changed our vet to Hamburg vet clinic. The staff is so kind, I know I have made the right switch!
I would like to thank the folks at VVC. I have lost 4 pets in the past few months. Yesterday I was scheduled to have my 17yr old cat, The Mole, euthanized. She didn't make it to the appointment. She passed here at home with all of us around her. When I called to cancel the appointment the lady I spoke with, I'm sorry I don't remember her name, showed me so much compassion. They have been my cat, and my 2 dogs veterinary clinic for about 3 years now. When my cat was sick, they took excellent care of him, and when he was put down because of his sickness, they made a little thing with his name and paw prints into clay. They are amazing with taking care of my pets. They take their time and make sure the animal is comfortable. Can't imagine bringing my dogs anywhere else!
Dr. McFarland and staff were awesome with our pup Bailey. She hurt her back and they got the right treatment to her quickly and effectively. Dr. McFarland even got a rare ear lick from the four legged family member.
Last nigbt was a rough night for my small dog. I had to bring her in after hours. The staff and docs were awesome for us and for my furbaby. If you need an after hours vet, go to them.
We are so thankful for this wonderful vet clinic. This morning they were able to put a rush on a vile of insulin for our dog max. We were camping in our new camper and had the fridge too cold and accidentally froze his insulin. Oops! We called them and they were able to have it ready shortly after. Thank you so much for all you do!
