Went there for 10 years, we had a disagreement on the treatment for one of my dogs and I was told I could no longer use them as my vet, could not use their daycare ( one of my dogs went there 2X a week) and could never use their emergency services.. .I had 7 pets using their services all in the same 10 Year period...talk about a total slap in the face...could thing I found a new vet, that isn't as fancy, more reasonably priced and truly cares about me and my pets. LOVE-LOVE-LOVE.. The facility and the staff are incredible! Dr Cely is the best! Nemo and Stevie have improved leaps and bounds under her rehabilitation care.
This was Buddy's second trip to the Village Vet and I can't say thank you enough to them for taking care of my baby boy each time! Although they are not his primary Vet I feel confident each time I have taken him there that they would take the best care of him! Thank you so much!
I found my soulmate companion dead two weeks ago, on a Sunday. Brian was calm and the techs so kind as they accepted him for storage and respect while I tried not to buckle at the knees. When I asked for a lock of hair, they brought it out tied in a blue bow. So respectful of them. While I have not had the strength to walk in and get him yet, I am forever grateful at their kindness and respect in handling Leo. This is hands down the best veterinary practice in WNY, and that Dr. Reiller is a strapping young lad!
They are the best. From the front desk to the doctors. Highly recommend them. Costs are always reasonable!
I want to thank the staff at the Village Vet for the compassion they showed today when I had to bring my cat Chimp in today to say goodbye. They made a clay mold of her paw for me. Thank you so much.
