I can’t thank the staff and Dr. Botero enough for taking such great care of my Bentley. The entire team showed so much compassion during Bentley’s illness. Dr. Botero, you are the best!
Very compassionate staff! I had a cat whose health suddenly declined after the normal hours of my vet's office. The vet explained everything as we went. She didn't push me to do tests or not do tests,. She just provided me information and we did enough tests for me to make an informed decision, which unfortunately was to say goodbye. All the staff was very compassionate through the whole visit, even sent us a sympathy card individually signed by staff members. Our 10 month old Olive jumped through a glass door this past week and I cannot thank you enough for your patience and caring. I was like a maniac when it happened. She was taken right away and handled with such love. I will forever praise your staff! Thank you again �
I have searched and gone to many veterinarians in the Southtowns over many years and Village Veterinary Clinic is by far and away the BEST! Every staff member is caring and compassionate, they all have a sense of humor and they are down to earth. They offer options and are honest - all you can ask for. Plus, they participate in the Erie County Thank a Vet program.
Thank you VVC!! After a horrible accident on Saturday night my 8 month old pup found a prescription bottle and ate the whole thing...after going to OP at 2am and sending me home with doing Nothing(refused to try to pump her stomach) I brought my girl home. First thing in the morning she was way worse!! I took her to see Dr. Juan and he reassured me Lexi was in good hands! They admitted her right away.
